Kent Lafleur holds over 30 years of experience owning and operating health clubs and their commercial real estate. For the past 10 years, Kent has consulted in health club development and commercial real estate acquisition, management and sale. He understands all of the startup and operational requirements of a small to medium size business and if the acquisition of the real estate makes sense. Kent has expertise in SBA, traditional and alternative funding for business development, buildout, operating capital, equipment purchase or leasing and real estate acquisition. He is versed in business and commercial real estate valuation, commercial real estate lease negotiation, structure of C corps, S corps, LLC corps and partnerships. Further, Kent has the ability in designing operating agreements, membership agreements, partnership agreements and buy/sell agreements. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston State College in exercise science, kinesiology, physiology of exercise and education. Additionally, he studied at North Eastern University graduate school in the health and fitness field.
